How plants revive games with the example of TES: Skyrim? Locations – Riverwood, Weitran and their surroundings.

Introduction
The use of plants in games, as we have already found out in the last part, is an element that immerses us in the atmosphere of the game. Filling the voids of the game by vegetation, which is not always prefabricated elements. Even the curly or thorny weeds, which we try to avoid, often pushing us with a forehead with the atmosphere of the game.
Today we will touch on an interesting project, which is one of the legendary in the game industry: Tes: Skyrim.
Once I played Skyrim for about 10-15 hours, but no more. Now, preparing, the material was surprised at what a variety of flora is in this project. I want to note: the project is based on the Scandinavian relief and climate, and even with all this (cold weather, scarcity in vegetation) – the game looks diverse in landscaping, which, of course, the merit of designers and artists.
Riverwood and his surroundings
Riverwood and its environs with which our game world will begin. I’ll tell you about the most common plants: coniferous trees, which, certainly, are the embodiment of Skyrim – majestic, tall, stately trees, textures for which were carefully drawn, adding moss, mushrooms, ivy, excavation of the bark and so on. Trees in Riverwood – spruce and pines, which are similar to the age of needles from 2-3 years (and more, respectively).

Tsikoria ordinary, which I caught my eye in the initial KAT-scene, is a meadow plant. The fact that they are in the snow -covered mountain region, I was a little embarrassed. By the way, in the language of chicory flowers – moderation and modesty.
The thistle is a prefabricated element, the same as in our world, also from the family of Astro, like chicory, but is prickly (very prickly), also common in the meadows. In Rus’, it was believed that the plant has such a combat character that even devils are afraid of it, as evidenced by the very name of this plant.
Chamomiles – a non -rich element of locations that has grown into the texture of the grass. It resembles a wild look.
Ivy, similar to decorative grapes growing on adult coniferous trees, hangs from cliffs that formed, as if from water development, on the ruins of stone buildings.
The mining light is a beautiful meadow plant with different colors: blue, yellow, lilac and resembles various plants in our world. It is an ingredient in alchemy.

You can also see a huge hanging roots, even in the caves, which shows in some way the need for plants for moisture, but, on the other hand, a huge amount of moss, which is important to an abundance of moisture for growth.
Weitrand and his surroundings
It has the same plants: needles, chamomiles, hydraulic flow, sedge, rosehip, but the diversity is present here.
Deciduous trees that resemble willow with their leaves, but are not in proportion.
Lavender plant that is used in medicine. In our world is a component of cooking, dyes and medicine.
Highlander renal – meadow plant, with beautiful purple -pink spike. Not a prefabricated element.
Shepherd’s bag – Nonbornvz element of locations, which is part of the landscape picture, but in our world is used for medical purposes.
There is also a mince in Vaittrane, but it has a slightly different meaning: decorates and fills the streets of the city.
Shrub, which is widespread, but I could not determine it due to the lack of leaves. There are only kidneys that are prepared for germination.
Rastens – a beautiful plant that has a beautiful flower. In our world, the nightshaft has small light flowers, as well as berries.
Paslen in our world. By the way, potatoes and tomatoes are also from the nightshade family. However, do not try to eat their berries, are very poisonous.
We will affect agriculture. Cultures that are grown in Weitral:
White cabbage, dining room carrots, table potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic.
All of these crops can be consumed fresh, but only I met potatoes in a prepared format: baked. Most likely cultures are early adhesive, although I do not think that a selection is developed in the game on Loru.
Make sheaves, investigative agriculture develops, and most likely it is meadow plants who mow for hay. Using food and coating roofs of houses.
There is also a mill, which means that somewhere they grow wheat or rye. Still, I did not notice the fields close.
Conclusions
So, I talked about various elements of locations of Riverwood and Weitran, but what is unique? How it contributes to the revival of the game?
For those who live in Scandinavia, perhaps this is very dear and friends, but for the residents of the CIS this is a little remote, although it looks like ancient Rus’.
Plants in this game help us again and again immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of this game, sometimes not even noticing this. As in the last part of the Witcher, I can repeat: we understand the everyday life and everyday life of the inhabitants.
Distributing in the caves, we see the roots of plants that only catch fear. Somewhere yellowed fern are visible, which suggests a lack of light, although they are shade-tolerant plants, possibly even a lack of moisture, but it is in excess, mainly. There are also various kinds of mushrooms that are unlikely to eat food, as if showing that danger is not only from bandits, animals or dragons.
Passing through the meadows, we see a variety of plants, which shows us different nutritional possibilities as animals, for people medicine, food, possibly building material.
That is how plants revive Skyrim in the regions Riverwood, Weitran and their surroundings.
